Find your team

Michigan’s specialty care teams, NAVIGATE and ACT Early, specialize in working with young people who are experiencing recent changes in thinking or perceptions, such as hearing or seeing things (also known as psychosis).

Specialty care programs offer a range of recovery-oriented support services focused on the unique needs and goals of young people and their families. Services are offered regardless of insurance or ability to pay

How do i know if i need support?

Our teams serve young people between the ages of 15-30 years old who are:

  • Having troubling thoughts
  • Seeing or hearing things that you aren’t sure are real
  • Having sudden trouble focusing or understanding what others are saying
  • Withdrawing from those around you and the things that you once enjoyed
  • Just otherwise not feeling quite like yourself

Take our self check-in to find out if our programs might be right for you.

Never keep it to yourself, because there are people that do care. You’re not alone.

– NAVIGATE program participant

To find a place that worked exclusively on mental health recovery was such a relief. The entire staff provided encouragement, hope, and even social activities to help our daughter connect with other participants. Had it not been for this program, we’re not sure where we’d be today.

Just because you had psychosis, doesn’t mean you can’t leave a rich and meaningful life.

– NAVIGATE program participant

I was going to the [Navigate] meetings and talking with people. That was the best decision I ever made. They believed in me, and that gave me faith to believe in myself.

Peer support, educational and job support, psychiatric help with medications that got refined, and no matter what your insurance is or what your finances are, they will work with you to make this happen.
