  • Peer Support and Family Peer Support
  • Education and support for the whole family and support network
  • Support with educational and/or career goals
  • Medication management as needed
  • Substance use treatment as needed

OUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE HERE FOR YOU

I am truly inspired by the amount of strength individuals have to overcome such an experience. Strength comes from not only within oneself, but from the environment around them.

– Samantha, ACT Early Supervisor

OUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE HERE FOR YOU

There’s nothing else I’d rather do than help make someone’s life better in any way I can. Not everyone has the option to do that, and I’m grateful that I get to be apart of it and to be a social worker.

– Adam, ACT Early Case Manager
