Voices Of Compassion: A Tale Of Courage And Hope

This short film highlights what it’s like to live with voices in your head that are not your own, told through the fictional story of Stuart. The voices Stuart hears are described as overly threatening and insulting, often adding rude commentary to everyday activities and thoughts. Stuart eventually fights off the voices and makes it to therapy, where he gradually learns to feel more safe, grounded, and soothed. As he begins to see himself in a more compassionate light, he is able to acknowledge the bothersome voices as they come, but he doesn’t let them control him anymore. Read More
